Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and hygienic liners intact (free from deodorant, perfume, or makeup marks). Returns are complimentary in select regions.

CANADA

Swimwear bottoms are exchange only. All other items may be returned free of charge.

UNITED STATES

Exchanges

Swimwear bottoms are eligible for exchange only. 

For all other items, exchanges are simple and convenient. You can return your item at no cost, shipping and any applicable duties are covered by us. A $15 USD exchange processing fee will apply.

Returns

All other items are eligible for return, with a flat $15 USD fee for the prepaid return shipping label.

To initiate a return, please contact us at gosscustomerservice@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out - we’re happy to help!
